Police and customs raided the house of the German executive in Tokyo's swank Akasaka district. A tinkle-test came out positive. According to NHK’s police source, Siebert told detectives: “I admit to having used cocaine, but I did not use any other drugs.”
The official charge is the use of “kakuseizai, or stimulant drugs,” as the Tokyoreporter, an outlet specialized in the translation of titillating sex & crime stories, helpfully added.

Oxford Dictionary of English(Second Edition Reserved, Oxford University Press)にも、 動詞で"display one's wealth, knowledge, or achievement in a way that is intended to impress others"や 名詞で"behavior, talk, or display intended to impress others"などと書かれておりました。形容詞はswankyの形でも使用するらしく、 "stylishly luxurious and expensive"とのことでした。
