Stay-log from Nebraska Week 7

Good evening. It is July 2nd now in Lincoln. Almost two months have passed since I came here. Last week, I had a lot of time this week and I was able to think about my trip to the west coast. Let me share it with you briefly.

I like the city of Lincoln, but, to be honest, it has got less stimulus than before (that's what my friends say). I suppose two friends of mine up in Calgary feel the same way.

That's why I decided to travel to Seattle, Portland, Eugene and California from July 21st through August 9th. The main purpose is to meet with my friends as well as make more friends.

Having said so, the hidden agenda of this trip is to get exposed to different accents in those cities. I learned there are many varieties of English in the U.S. when I was in Japan. However, I could not grab any more chances as long as I keep on staying in Lincoln.
