All of Bhuddha's teashings can be expressed in two sentences.

"You must help others"

And "if you cant't help, you should not harm others."

ブッダの教えは、たった二つのことばで表せる。

「ひとを助けなさい」

と

「助けられないのなら、少なくともひとをきずつけてはいけない」

である。
