アメリカに侵攻されたパナマ； そういや、 ノリエガ将軍ってどうなったのだろう？ その３

優秀なＳＯＡ （西半球安全保障協力研究所 - Wikipedia　、旧称「アメリカ陸軍米州学校」 U.S.Army School Of the Americas, SOA） の卒業生であるパナマの マヌエル・ノリエガ 元将軍かつ 「なんちゃって国家最高指導者」 は、アメリカでの服役を終え引き渡されたフランスで、マネーロンダリングの罪により判決を受けました；

単に独裁者が断罪された−−−と云うハナシでは終わりません。アメリカの反共政策の一環として教育を担当した部隊ＳＯＡ （上に紹介、ただし侮蔑の意を込めて "School Of Assassins" とも呼ばれます） は瀟洒な？ 『西半球安全保障協力研究所』 に名前が変わっていますが、最近のアメリカ軍の国外展開と併せ、中南米への暴力の輸出、およびその結果としての人権侵害の拡大が懸念されます；

• Among the SOA's nearly 60,000 graduates are notorious dictators Manuel Noriega and Omar Torrijos of Panama, Leopoldo Galtieri and Roberto Viola of Argentina, Juan Velasco Alvarado of Peru, Guillermo Rodriguez of Ecuador, and Hugo Banzer Suarez of Bolivia. Lower-level SOA graduates have participated in human rights abuses that include the assassination of Archbishop Oscar Romero and the El Mozote Massacre of 900 civilians.

上掲は高ランクの卒業生のみですが、実際には中ランクの軍人・文民の卒業生も多かった様です。またお気付きの様に、アルゼンチン軍政時代のなんちゃって大統領達の名も挙がっていますね？
