Complete modified EG Civic made by TAX Souka, Souka-city, Saitama, Japan. "TAX" is the name of used car dealer chain in Japan. It stands for Total Automotive EXcellence.

TAX Souka store has the tuner division and sells the modified used cars, like this Civic.
