オーストラリア在住のギタリスト、Max Blairの"mapping.

26.napping.cats"がGRID605にてイベントを企画します。今回は

ともに活動するアーティスト、Tom Hall氏との来日になります。

当日はサム・ベネットさんとAsunaさんも出演、"mapping.

26.napping.cats"とのトリオで演奏する予定です。

mapping.26.napping.cats

mapping.26.napping.cats is a project that communicates the concept of

charting the whereabouts of sleeping cats throughout no particular

neighbourhood:

"cats are equipped to infiltrate almost any "human" space to nap and

this rather unique non-human mammal to human mammal relationship

inspires sonic maps exposing 26 positions"

the project cartographer is also co-curator of the bowerbird series

of events held in brisbane and has worked and played in collaboration

with other artists in australia and in japan including the following:

the medium necks, wan-yew leong, asuna, tom hall, lawrence english,

samm bennett, and aoi and benjamin thompson (as trio estee lauder)
