「特許庁は特許法の大幅見直しに向けた検討に入る。「モノ」が対象だった特許の保護対象にソフトウエアなどの無形資産を追加。技術革新を促すため、企業や大学が持つ特許を開放する際のルールを整え、相互に活用しやすい環境を整備する。インターネットの普及など経済の構造変化に対応する一方で、日本企業の国際競争力を高める狙い。企業の知的財産戦略にも大きな影響を与えそうだ。」
