危ないこと

ドイツのシェフが、「分子料理法」に基づいて液体窒素で料理をしようとして、誤って両手を吹き飛ばす事故が起きた。ドイツの新聞が13日、伝えた。

　ペットボトルにドライアイスは、失明例もあたかも。

　あと、黒色火薬は過敏なので危険。火を付けても、たたきつけても爆発せず、信管（による衝撃波など）でのみ爆発する爆薬が実用向け。

Universalとgeneral

Universalは、もちろんuniverse的なもので、

地球・宇宙、全部含むようなもの。
たぶん、西欧的には、イギリスだけでなくフランスでも、ドイツでも、地球の裏側でも成立するような事柄を指すのだと思う。月面でも。

generalは、

とまあ、クラスとかカテゴリーと関係、と。

「普遍といったら、generalでなくてuniversalを指すべき」、という人と、「俺のuniverseは半径３クリックだ」という人とは、まず、共通言語を確立しないと論議が困難っぽい。
