★核武装国(インド)に原発事故当事国(日本)が原発輸出！？ありえないっ！！
インドのシン首相が来日して5月29日に安倍首相と会談する予定とのこと。メインの議題は、インドと日本の原子力協定締結のための最終的な詰めと考えられます。
「日印原子力協定」は、世界の抗議の声を無視して核武装化を強行したインドに、今も続いている原発事故を引き起こし国内での原発推進が不透明な中で原発輸出に活路を見出そうという日本が、原子力の設備や技術を供与するための取り決めです。
核武装のための施設でもある原発の技術を被爆国であり原発事故当事国である日本が輸出して経済侵略のごとくアジアの人々に押し付ける、、、ありえないと思いませんか！？ありえないし、あってはなりません。
朝鮮政府の核保有・核実験を非難しながら、一方ではNPT体制を無視して核武装したインドを「特例」として原発を輸出しようという日本。それを許すIAEA。このようなダブルスタンダードで、核の不拡散も核の廃絶も実現することはできません。
インドでは福島原発事故以降、原発反対の大きな世論が沸き起こる中で、南インドのクダンクラム、西インドのジャイタルプールなどで激しい反対運動が起きています。この反対運動に対して、インド政府は血の弾圧で応え、反対派住民に死者も出ています。
「日印原子力協定」は、このようなインド政府の住民無視と民主主義破壊に、日本政府が手を貸すことにもなります。
また、安倍首相はこのかん、「過酷事故を経験した日本の水準の高い原子力の技術に対して関心が高い」などと言いながら、アラブ首長国連邦や東欧諸国、トルコなどに原発の「トップセールス」を繰り広げています。
「過酷事故」を起こした日本で生活するからこそ、私たちは日本・インド両政府のこうした姿勢を批判し、原発に反対する人々とつながって原発も核兵器もない世界を実現するひとつの努力として、「日印原子力協定」と日本の原発輸出に反対するアクションを5月29日に行います。

Indian Prime Minister Singh is to meet with Japanese Prime Minister Abe on May 29 on his visit to Japan.
The negotiation for the Japan-India Nuclear Agreement is said to launch after the summit.Japan-India Nuclear Agreement is a treaty to provide facilities and technology of nuclear energy between the country that has forced its way to possess nuclear armament against protests from the international community and the country that caused the ongoing nuclear disaster and tries to pave the way for staggering domestic nuclear commerce by exporting nuclear power.
The country that suffered the A-bombs and Fukushima disaster is trying to export the technology that can be also turned into facilities for nuclear armament. It seems as though Japan is making an economic advance into other Asian countries.
Don’t you think this cannot be happening!? It should not happen.While Japan criticizes North Korea’s nuclear possession and experiment, it tries to export nuclear reactors to India, which refused to sign Non-proliferation Treaty. IAEA, then, lets it do that.
We cannot accomplish either non-proliferation or complete eradication of nuclear weapons on such a double standard.Ever since the Fukushima disaster, there has been a strong protest against nuclear power plants in Koodankulam in the south and Jaitapur in the west. The Indian Government responded violently to this protest and people have died.
The Japan-India Nuclear Agreement means that Japan is lending a hand to support the country that ignores its citizens and destroys democracy. As Prime Minister Abe insists that there is a strong interest in Japan’s nuclear technology kept at a high standard due to severe nuclear accident, he is trying to act as a salesperson for Japan’s nuclear industry in the face of UAE, Eastern European countries and Turkey.
We live in a country that caused the severe accident, and that’s why we criticize both governments’ decisions to negotiate for the nuclear treaty. We aim to realize a world free of nuclear plants and nuclear weapons in solidarity with others against the nuclear plants. We are taking an action against Japan’s nuclear export and Japan-India Nuclear Agreement on May 29.
