Eckel

(quoted from Eckel Manual)
Eckel is a midi generating VST based on the eucledian algorithm.
Inspired by http://ruinwesen.com/blog?id=216 and the linked PDF.
If you are reading this there is a good chance that you have read that already
Installation
On windows, unzip and place in your VST directory.
On OS X unzip and put it in your
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/ folder.
How To operate.
There are 8 instances of the generating part.
  • Pulse is the actual sounding beats,
  • space is the space between the pulses.
  • Speed is how fast they come, 0 is 4th 1 is 8th's etc.
  • Note is the MIDI note that the algorithm spews out.

How you actually make it work in your host is up to you to find out.
Remember that Eckel sends MIDI note on and off's.

Copyright and stuff like that
The Eckel VST plugin is copyright ©2007 by me, Johan Larsby.

(For more details, please read “Eckel Manual)

Note
According to KVR Forum, some hosts don't send vstTimeInfo, so Eckel doesn't work properly in these hosts. (for example: eXT, Phrazor).
