今日、待ちに待った魔法の海兵隊員ぴくせる☆まりたんの最新刊「まりたん集中ドリル かいへい3ねんせいよう」がついに発売です！やったー！
ムダな知識ですが、実は去年からぴくせる☆まりたんでちょくちょく英語監修をさせて頂いてます。今回もアキバBlogのコラム【コラム・ネタ・お知らせetc】 出演声優ドンびき！？ でも「海兵隊では普通です」 - アキバBlogにも記載されてますが、アフレコであんなに可愛らしい声優さんたちに教えちゃいけない英語の指導をしちゃいました… スミマセン。
でもまさかこんな形で海兵隊の経験が役に立つなんて思いもしなかったです、ハイ。個人的には大変楽しい仕事でした。(^_^)
あ、そうそう、声優のみなさんも仰ってますが、まりたんの英語は絶対に活用してはいけない英語です。簡単に言えば「ケンカ言葉」の類ですので、アメリカ人に間違って言ってしまったら、確実にボコられるか殺されるかのどっちかです。(T_T) なのでCDを聴いて、笑って、絶対に使わないでください！（まー、I'm gonna tinkleぐらいはOKですが、そのほかはマジで使っちゃダメです！）
注意はさておき…

Magical Pixel Maritan's new book, "Maritan Focused Drills Marine's 3rd Grade Edition" is finally on sale today! Woohoo!
This is trivial knowledge, but I had the honor of being the English advisor for Maritan since last year. As a recent AkibaBlog article stated, 【コラム・ネタ・お知らせetc】 出演声優ドンびき！？ でも「海兵隊では普通です」 - アキバBlog (Voice actresses freak out?! But "it's a normal conversation in the Marine Corps"), I taught cute voice actresses the kind of English nobody should be taught... oops.
But I never imagined my experience in the USMC would help me out like this, seriously. Personally, it was a really fun job. :)
Oh yeah, the voice actresses warned about it too, but the English used in Maritan shouldn't ever be used. Simply put, they're considered "fighting words", so if you mistakingly spout one of the phrases to an American, they'll either kick your butt or just straight up kill you. (T_T) So, just listen to the CD, laugh at it, but NEVER ever use it, please! (Well, I guess it's OK to use "I'm gonna tinkle" since it's pretty harmless, but seriously, don't use the other bad words!)
Warnings aside...
Today, Tokunaga Ai san and Kadowaki Mai san will conduct a book signing (plus they'll shake your hand!), so if you can, come on out to Akihabara!
