ARABIA Factory may be one of the most popular place to visit now a days at least between Japanese young people visiting Scandinavian countries.
ARABIA is a Finish company has long history in pottery.
World famous bland "ittala" is created in ARABIA.
The factory is located a little suburb of Helsinki 30 min by tram from Helsinki central station.
There is a museum introducing ARABIA history and outlet shop.
Both of them are not so big. Most of the building is used for library and some offices.
There is also Cafe, you can choose your favorite color ittala cup to have tea or coffe.

We visited the factory and got factory visit mug.
It is exclusive product.
Others of course cheap there, though think about carrying them all the way to Japan buying them in Shinjuku seems more reasonable for me.
