Both the story and the illustrations are very beautiful.
Very colorful, sensitive and neat illustrations, and a heart-warming fantasy.
My friend gave me this book when I gave birth to my child.
The story is too long and is a bit to early for my 1 years old daughter but I will keep reading it for her because the illustrations really is fabulous and entertains her quite well.

Este libro lo han pedido en el colegio de mi hija como libro de lectura de inglés para el primer trimestre.
Quentin Blake es un reconocido y premiado escritor e ilustrador de cuentos infantiles. En este libro, las ilustraciones son también suyas, además del texto.

La historia es de literatura fantástica, sobre un violinista que cambia las cosas de manera mágica al tocar el violín.
En cierta forma, me recuerda a las historias del bosque encantado de Enid Blyton.

Para niños de primaria veo el texto apropiado, porque el nivel de vocabulario no es elevado, pero aprenderán algunas expresiones y frases hechas bastante útiles.
Además, los dibujos son bonitos, seguro que les encantará mirar los detalles.

Me ha gustado.

I had this storybook when I was little and just had to have it for my own son. Book arrived in impeccable shape. Beautiful illustrations and just a joy to read. My son loved it and asked for it over and over. Highly recommend A+++++++

"Patrick" is a delightful book for young children. Patrick's violin causes magic to happen, much to the delight of two little children. Quentin Blake, who illustrated this book, always created wonderful cheerful pictures.
