購入オプションとあわせ買い
Ideal for Hebrew students and pastors, A Reader’s Hebrew Bible saves time and effort in studying the Hebrew Old Testament. By eliminating the need to look up definitions, the footnotes allow the user to read the Hebrew and Aramaic text more quickly, focusing on parsing and grammatical issues. A Reader’s Hebrew Bible offers the following features: • Complete text of the Hebrew and Aramaic Bible using the Leningrad Codex (minus critical apparatus) • Shaded Hebrew names that occur less than 100 times • Footnoted definitions of all Hebrew words occurring 100 times or less (twenty-five or less for Aramaic words) • Context-specific glosses • Stem-specific glossed definitions for verb forms (Qal, Piel, Hiphil, and so forth) • Ketib/Qere readings both noted in the text and differentiated appropriately • Marker ribbon Featuring a handsome Italian Duo-Tone™ binding, A Reader’s Hebrew Bible is a practical, attractive, and surprisingly affordable resource.

Vanno bene le note che però dovrebbe essere più precise nello specificare i tempi verbali.
La consiglierei a studenti di teologia biblica.
1 The Cover: the book came with a brown imitation leather cover. I had owned expensive bibles with real animal-skin covers before. And I can attest that this imitation leather feels as good as a real calf-skinned Cambridge's cover. It's soft and feel nice in my hand; it's a joy to hold. The cover is stitched along the edge which enables it to be opened flat no matter what page you are at. A bible with an open-flat feature is rare at $35, and this volume has a feel that rivals bibles 3 times its price. The imitated-leather cover will not last as long as real one. But what can I complain? I was expecting a medium-priced study text and this one already looks and feels like a premium product.
2. The Paper: the paper seems to be ordinary bible paper which is thin but not so much as to result in ghosting. The text is reproduced clearly. There isn't much space to write anything down. But the bottom area of each page is presented with vocabulary lexicon. It's a spacious area where you can put post-it notes over to write your own notes if you want.
3. Text: With about 1600 pages of texts for the Hebrew Bible, the text size is reasonably big. The texts are not too jumbled together and the lines and spacing are quite pleasant. I don't have any problem reading the Nikkud dot vowels. One caveat would be that specific names appearing with low frequency are marked as grey. For some, this may interfere with the aesthetics of the overall presentation of the Hebrew text. But remember: this is a reader's text for students. The grey words are meant to help students read faster without being bogged down by rare names.
In summary, this is a really solid product. It surprised me out of the box. I had to go check online to see how much did I actually pay for it. It surpasses its price tag, and is now one of the nicest looking, nicest feel bibles I own.
I've been longing for a Hebrew version, and now it's here, and even better, it doesn't disappoint!
It's a thicker volume (obviously!) but otherwise is a perfect match for the Greek version, and they compliment each other wonderfully. It's even covered with the same type of rubbery material (not leather as stated above, but like the other reviewer, I actually prefer it to leather).
I was afraid that the text might be too tiny to be usable, but it's not - it's perfectly clear.
I loved the Greek version so much that I bought a second copy in case anything happened to the first. I'm considering doing the same with this volume.
If you want to keep reading your Hebrew but don't have time for continually referring to a lexicon, I can't recommend this highly enough. Again, it will be no substitute for proper language study, but it will enable you to read larger chunks than you might otherwise contemplate.
Wonderful!
