It’s a great book and for many years we give it to all our new teachers and have it read to all the children across our schools.
It is a lovely read that works for ages 5-65!

Love this book. It's interesting and not just like everything else and the pictures are beautiful. It is a favorite of both my son and mine. The story is about an ordinary kid who gets a new teacher who has them listen to music and write an essay of what their imaginations see. Each kid sees something different, of course, and some are more moved by it than others. It's a story about discovering your imagination. I couldn't more highly recommend.
