Laugh your way through the pages of Oregon Curiosities, your round-trip ticket to the wildest, wackiest, most outrageous people, places, and things the Beaver State has to offer! You'll meet Miss Electricity, Terrible Tilly, and (maybe) the ghostly Bandage Man; discover the world's oldest pair of shoes, the largest outdoor Erector Set, and the carnivorous cobra lilly; and experience the world's largest toga party, an eight-state mac 'n' cheese contest, and star gazing in the darkest place in the state.

Oregon as you don't know it
2013年7月12日にアメリカ合衆国でレビュー済みAmazonで購入
I know the author. I met her 32 years ago but found the book last week. This was an entertaining book. It retold some stories I already knew. It educated me on new curiosities. It overlooked some small details. It made me want more information on some points. I found myself wondering how she found some of the obscure things she found. if Oregon interests you: buy it. On Kindle it is inexpensive and easy to get. Definitely worth your time.

Horribly Boring
2013年5月4日にアメリカ合衆国でレビュー済みAmazonで購入
I was really excited to get this book, as one born in and recently returned to Oregon. I found it instead to be filled with boring, trite info that anyone can get anywhere. There are so many FABULOUS places to explore in this state, but this is the worst of the worst in how to do it.
