But Hal explain in detail how you will feel and how to tackle many challenges during the first 30 days, and his words really empowered me, make me believe that I can do it. I tends to give up in few days what I’ve started newly like exercising, If I don’t read this book and just learned only the methods, I am sure I gave up in first week, but from this book, I learned that to implement new habits like exercising every day, just learning how to do the exercise is not enough. You need also know how mentally you need to be prepared, and how you will feel during the implementation process and how to overcome it. This book will provides you all of that. Not just a how-to book, it’s more like a personal coaching book.

I listened to the audio-book earlier dozens of times. I found the idea of waking up early has actually really been a life-transforming action that we can take in reclaiming our own life. This method works and should simply put into practice. The beginning must be tough, but as we feel the benefit of positive and full of energy in each day of the training, we could not help to miss the Miracle Morning! Personally, it was an amazing life story that showed me what life is worth fighting for! I like mostly the visualization and affirmation part as well as exercise and scribing of the LIFE SAVERS practices!

洋書を読み始めたものですが、アメリカが世界の先頭を行ってる理由が良くわかる本ですね。
こういう本が日本にもあったらと思いますね。

As far as the premise of the book (and the miracle morning concept) is concerned I like Hal's ideas about waking up earlier that you normally would and following a positive morning routine. There is a great deal of common sense to the SAVERS and there is no doubt that most people could benefit from them.
The book itself, however, seems light on content and he seems not to flesh out each idea fully. He quotes heavily from well known people to illustrate his points without going into enough detail. I wanted more concrete information. Above all else I became more and more annoyed with the constant reminders to go to his website for more "free" content. Why not just put it in the book? After all I paid good money to read it. Well the answer is to try and sell you more products - coaching and seminars etc. I found this a real downer as it took away from the positive "here are some things that can help you" vibe of the book to a more "gimme more of your money" feel.
Despite all this though his enthusiasm and lust for life come through in the book and are quite infectious. Overall it is a decent read and guaranteed to provide some handy tips to give you a more focused morning that will lead to a more productive day. I have implemented some of his techniques and they have definitely helped me stay more on track.

I struggled a lot all my life trying to keep up with a daily routine. I bought daily journals, but failed to write in them everyday. I tried to meditate everyday, but failed to keep up. Tried to stretch everyday, but forgot and got lazy when I came home from work. Reading this book really helped me change my mind set on wanting to keep a daily routine. I learned tips on how I can discipline myself, and it really changed my life. If you really want to have a daily routine, and you want to learn to stick to it, read this book!!!

The book is great for entrepreneurs looking for that motivation or direction in setting out goals and accomplishments. It does help non-business personalities but would not recommend this book to your retired parents. This is really targeting to achieving success and organizing your lifestyle is a productive manner. It help me realize where I was going wrong and what I needed to do to change in order to focus my goals daily, weekly and yearly. Great good for those looking in organizing there lives.

I'm writing this review having spent the past month practicing a Miracle Morning - that is to say doing the recommended practices the book introduces. Sure, none of them are "new" revelations, but the miracle morning is about bringing it all together and for getting you into the habit.
I was a morning person years ago, but sell of it. I struggled for a long time, trying to become a Morning person again, but ultimately it was this book that helped me get there.
Would recommend this book to anyone, but especially those going through turmoil in life, as the Miracle Morning practice can and will provide you with an anchor that will help things get better.
