As a supervisor trainer, I am always looking for resources for participants. I was very pleased with the content of this book. It is obvious the author has drawn on her vast experience working with teams. Many of my former participants have indicated they gained insight from the inventories included. Virtual team management can be especially challenging. McClay has shared solid information to assist team leaders in that arena. I believe the quality of teams makes all the difference and this book is a valuable source of information.

I was assigned to read this book as part of the MBA program I went through. The book was an easy read and really gave some great tips for helping to bring teams and leadership within organizations together. I have recommended this book to many fellow co-workers in varying stages of the career who all agreed it was a great book and a must read for those who are in charge of teams to better understand and manage them.
