まず　選曲が　とっつきやすい。どれも　よく耳に　する曲ばかりだ。
録音　年代も　いろんな　時期　の　物が　入っている。
伴奏の　演奏者も　一流　ばかり。
プレヤー　一人一人が　ビリー　の　歌を　愛して　伴奏　しているのが　よくわかる。　これも　いろいろ　問題は　起こしたが　ビリー　の　人柄　だろう。
この　出来で　この値段　格安　です！
これから　ビリー　を　聴き始める　方　また　ビリー好き　の方

There isn't anything that I can say about the songs that has not been said. On the packaging, I will point out that there are no liner notes. I'll add data for three of the songs:

"All of Me" by S. Simons, G. Marks was recorded in New York on March 21, 1941. Shad Collins trumpet; Leslie Johnakins, Eddie Barefield alto saxophones; Lester Young tenor saxophone; Eddie Heywood piano; John Collins guitar; Ted Sturgis bass; Kenny Clarke drums.

"The Man I Love" by G. Gershwin I. Gershwin was recorded in New York on December 13, 1939. Buck Clayton, Harry Edison trumpets; Earle Warren, Jack Washington alto saxophones; Lester Young tenor saxophone; Joe Sullivan piano; Freddie Green guitar; Walter Page bass; Jo Jones drums.

"Me, Myself, And I" by I. Gordon A. Roberts A. Kaufman was recorded in New York on June 15, 1937. Buck Clayton trumpet; Edmond Hall clarinet; Lester Young tenor saxophone; James Sherman piano; Freddie Green guitar; Walter Page bass; Jo Jones drums.

Of course the music is fantastic. But I was disappointed in the packaging and the look of the cd. I purchased this cd as a gift and it looks totally low budget. Maybe something you would find in a five dollar discount bin at Walmart. I was almost embarrassed to include it in the gift. It does include a good selection of her best work though but I would shell out a few more bucks for a better looking album unless you download onto your computer and never look at a disk again.
