I've just discovered this cd when i looked ttd up on youtube & saw an live performance of him singing holding on to you & i instantly fell in love with that song.So i purchased the cd & I absolutely love it with the funky beats lined up with the lyrics. Now keep in mind i havent heard from the artist since i was a kid when he released the hardline..... you know the rest. He is an artist who is truly slepted on, in reality he should be the next prince with his own style & lyrics. Now I know why a lot of artist perform overseas more because americans just dont really appreciate good music anymore or an musician with raw talent. This cd is an definite buy and i recommend it.
Sooner or Later the first song on Vibrator by Terence Trent D'Arby, is a step back to the right path he started with his introductory Albumn, from 1987. If you have been a fan over the years, D'Arby has pleased you and maybe disappointed you a little. This Albumn of songs allow his talents to be highlighted and enjoyed once again. He is a really wonderful talent with his songwriting and his vocal delivery. I will recommend this CD for those who would again like to experience his from the gut delivery. If he would continue with more like Holding onto You, he would just continue to soar, but now he is someone else and does not still seem to have it on his newest offering, Labeled as Sananda Francesco Maitreya, which should stick in your memory, but doesn't. Not that good for a Musician if your fans don't remember you name any more. This is his last Albumn I will recommend until he comes back, at least, with the music of Terence Trent D'Arby.
