さすがアランジャクソンですね。歌といい声といい素晴らしいの一言ですね。カントリーとはこういうのをカントリーというんだとの見本みたいですね。

　ジャケット写真のアラン・ジャクソンの穏やかな表情が、このアルバムを物語っていると言っていいだろう。
　聴けば、心を癒されることだろう。例え英語の歌詞の意味は解らなくても音楽こそ世界を繋ぐものと思うだろう。素晴らしい。

このアルバムはアランジャクソンの中ではベストアルバムのひとつ。いい曲揃いで最後まで一気に聴けます！特にThankGodForTheRadioはいい曲です。自分的にはジョンデンバーのLateNiteRadioへのオマージュ的曲に聞こえる。が、しかし！カントリーの歌手ってなんでSummerTimeBluesを歌いたがるんだろう？アメリカ人にはいい曲なんだろうか？このダサさだけは理解できん。なので星ひとつ引いときました。

One of Alan Jackson's early cd's and one of his best.Of course when it comes to Alan Jackson the man can rarelly do anything less than great.He has that silk smooth old school country voice like no other singer out there.And he has created many country classic songs.Too many to name.And on this cd there are many instant classics.In fact some of his top known songs are on this cd.'Summertime Blues','Livin' on Love','Gone Country','I don't even know your name','You can't give up on love'.The other songs on the cd some that i never had heard before are also very good.There is honestly no bad songs on this.Its a good album all over from start to finish.Its all solid.The booklet inside contains the lyrics for every song for thoses who appreciate that like i do.Seems to be a dying trend theses days as a lot of singers omit the lyrics assuming people can just get them off the net theses days i guess.Plus it saves them the trouble of having to copy all of that inside the booklet maybe lol.The cd sounds good.It doesnt have a lot of bass but most older cd's rarelly do.If your lucky and can get you hands on this cd definately buy it cause it is probably rare a bit considering its one of Alan's older albums.An oldie but a goodie for sure.

Artiste découvert sur le net par hasard, vraiement intéressant.
Cette country s'écoute sans lassitude, la voix d'AJ est agréable et ne saoule pas.
Album ancien, mais prix trés serré.
boitier arrivé cassé, mais cd en excellent état.
Produit expédié depuis les US.

I've just clocked that my copy of this fine album is the 14 track UK version which has the extended remix (4 mins : 05 secs) of "Chattahochee" stuck on the end of the original repertoire.

There is no number 13 track printed on the sleeve - with a note from AJ "That's right folks, I'm just a tad superstitious" in the space between 12 and 14.........see image posted.

Never noticed that before either.

Not happy. Cover and booklet inside CD all Alan Jackson. The CD itself was not. Conway Twitty Silver Anniversary Collection!! How the hell does this happen? So whilst i said i was fairly happy with Amazon in general,i had a problem with a damaged CD and incorrect booklet only last week and now this.
