Ronnie Lee Milsap was born in Robbinsville North Carolina and signed to RCA Records in 1973. This second greatest hits collection was released in 1985 and topped the country album charts for two weeks in September 1985. Produced by Tom Collins and Ronnie Milsap It went on to sell a million copies. There were two new songs on the album. The first of these is She Keeps The Home Fires Burning which topped the country singles chart in June 1985. The second new song is Lost In The Fifties Tonight which was a number one hit in September. There are several number one hits here including There's No Getting Over Me which was number one in August 1981 and I Wouldn't Have Missed It For The World a chart topper in January 1982. From his 1982 Inside album we have the title track which hit number one in February 1983 and Any Day Now which was number one in July 1982. There are two tracks here from the album Keyed Up. The number 5 hit in April 1983 Stranger In My House and Don't You Know How Much I Love You which was number one in October 1983. Ronnie Milsap had huge success as part of the urban cowboy movement of the early eighties and this compilation includes some great songs.

I love the music of Ronnie Milsap but the seller misrepresented the condition of this album so I'll be looking for it again - the song choices on this are fabulous! Can't wait to have one that is in better condition...AS DESCRIBED!
Love me some Ronnie Milsap! This is the best of him and furthermore, it’s the only album of his that has “It’s Already Taken”—one of the most beautiful songs EVER!
