無機質なドラムパターンと搔きむしるようなギター、重たいベースが素敵。
バンドリーダーのジャスティン氏の思想が感じられるインダストリアルメタル不朽の傑作です。
反復するリズムは座禅やラーガのように、トランス状態に誘ってくれます。
様々なプロジェクトを興しているジャスティン氏ですが、ゴッドフレッシュでは世間への憤りや苦痛を
表現したような、攻撃的（かつ厭世的）なサウンドを味わえます。

ゴッドフレッシュはすこしキツイと感じたら、同氏のイェスーもおすすめ。
こちらはマイルドです。（スロウダイブ風）

初期ナパーム・デスのギター、ジャスティンが以前からやっていた
ＦＡＬＬ　ＯＦ　ＢＥＣＡＵＳＥを改名して誕生した伝説のファーストアルバム！

実に重くゆがんだギターと機械的。インダストリアリーなリズム。無表情なヴォーカルが無慈悲に押し寄せてきます。

しかし暗く抑圧されたこの雰囲気は凄いですね。このバンドはフィアファクトリー〜
ＩＳＩＳまで実に幅広い層に影響を与えました！！

初期の作品ということもあって攻撃的で無機質で冷酷、冷徹かつ重苦しいといった雰囲気のアルバム。
重苦しく硬質、冷たく不協和音のようなギターといった感じでブロードリック氏の奇妙で加工されている機会のような声とたんたんとリズムを刻むドラムマシン。ベースもガッチガチの剛鉄のようなサウンド。しかし、作り込まれた感もありどこか知的な面もあると個人的にはは感じた。

俺的には一番好きなアルバム。最高傑作と言うしかない。

Considered the best Godflesh album by almost every fan,with good reason.these guys did the same formula for Streetcleaner.raw force,distorted bass,smothering walls of churned down guitars & machine gun rhythmic precision of the kit. The album is a powerhouse. There are several reissues but my copy review is for the original pressing.it says 13 tracks but the CD counter says 14 cuz Devastator/Mighty Trust Krueger were split in tracks but say the same track # on the case. 13/14 tracks cuz it includes their Tiny Years EP.& That's a gem.
Seriously though, the power of Suction is unstoppable,the bass and guitars all hitting the same notes.lightning sound that shreds along. Like Rats & Christbait rising are mostly known cuz their videos and extreme heaviness. Pulp has blistering drums & the guitars rip.Head Dirt is a mind bender. Life is Easy is a disassociative song at extremely high volume. Streetcleaner has great guitar & alot longer. Locust Furnace..the beat of this song is insane. Tony Tears is guitar heavy. Another version of Wound & another gem. Wound could be sliced 100 ways and each version would be equally as right. Exactly what you need in your collection,if you like heavy industrial music give it a spin. This bands sound changes by the album,but each sounds true to them while tweaking it. Like Pure has almost a Sabbath/Eyehategod style. & Us & Them has hints of Pantera. Hymns is a great 2 disc album with a 2 style album mixup.2 disc is heavy & the others drum and bass heavy,remixy,ambient style culmination of genius sound. Godflesh doesn't disappoint. It's as heavy as Ministry & groovier and more vocally right than Fear Factory.great banf.not a bad album at all.
