Redbone's third in a string of really good albums that all have a unique sound that's never been duplicated. Redbone is one of my favorite bands and this Deluxe CD has been remastered perfectly so that it sounds like (really better) than the original album...even comes in a mini album sleeve that's like the original album cover. If you've never listened to Redbone...this would be an excellent selection to begin with. I've listened to and have had most of their Lps back when the dinosaurs roamed...guess that makes me pretty old. I've been slowly rebuilding my CD collection by adding only the top notch albums from my youth...Redbone being at the top of a long list. I rarely recommend any CD, but the sound quality is so good as is the limited mini sleeve...that no one could go wrong getting it!

Whilst in my opinion not quite as good as Potlatch, this is indeed a great album, the price of which is worth every cent when you have a package like this ( love mini album covers ) and a classic song of the caliber "Witch Queen of New Orleans". Each track is an enjoyment, plus they give us an extra track, although i would have liked to see something like "Crazy Cajun Cakewalk Band" instead of "Chant 13th Hour" which is readily available on other albums. Its a shame that modern artist today do not look back on their early history and bring some of that culture into the music like Redbone did. A fantastic band by any measure, sadly missed by many.
