特にこの中のtoo highという曲はいっしょに盛り上がるところとか歌いたいけれど、音程感覚が凄すぎてまねできない。たいていの人は音痴になってしまいます。力強いしかっこいいです。お勧めの一枚です。

The five-part harmony in the original lineup of New York Voices is simply unearthly. On top of that they have amazing composers in the group. This record would be worth ten times its price for the original tunes alone. "Sign of Spring" and "Soon One Day" take me to another world entirely. This is possibly the group's best effort ever, but all of their first three records are mind-altering. Don't listen to this stuff while driving - you'll forget where you are! I can't recommend this one enough.

Hearts of Fire  To tell you the truth, I got this album especially, almost exclusively for the Voices' contagious version of "Stolen Moments." Every time I hear it, I can't help but smile. Their voices blend so well and perfectly together, you can swear they feel the music. Now don't get me wrong. The Voices out their best feet forward on all the songs on the album, but they really do their best work on the jazzy tunes.
