I don't know what happened, maybe Moonriders turned a corner in 1982, but this album marks a departure from their decidedly trite 70's prog-rock tradition. As if out of the blue, Moonriders hits us with an album part The Cure, part David Byrne, and yet completely original. Track 1, "I am Superfly", deceptively travels several paths at once, and is the equal of anything the Talking Heads ever had to offer. Track 2, in the fashion of various "days of the week" songs concocted by the Cure, even has a *horn* reprise... and then Track 3 comes, with Keiichi Suzuki doing a perfect mimick of David Byrne, even maintaining the vocal intonations. The best part: this album still has 7 tracks left (at least 4 of which are classics in their own right)! True bliss, for any music fan.
I'm pissed off.I have no idea what you are talking about. Here in Japan, you should speak in Japanese.
