Finale is the second part of Takemura's Milano: For Issey Miyake Men by Naoki Takizawa, though the two albums aren't all that similar.
Milano focused on his more orchestral compositions, and I found it to be very engrossing as a whole (I reviewed it with 5 stars.)
Finale, on the other hand, showcases his more experimental compositions of clicks, weird electronic sounds, and use of silence and minimalism. It doesn't completely lose touch with the ethereal sound of Milano, but the presence of the glitchy weirdness greatly affects the tone. Somewhat chilly and fractal, I've found Finale to be a little less engaging. This isn't necessarily a problem and may even be a big plus if you prefer his experimental side.
While this album is not as hard to love as Water's Suite, it doesn't reach the height of a focused experimental album like Scope.
My personal opinion aside, Finale is still a fine album and is worth the import price if you can find a copy! (I waited half a decade to find it, so it's hard not to be disappointed :)
Great album, just be aware of its difference from Milano.
