This CD is worth it just for Risin to the Top Buy Keni ( Five Stair steps ) Burke . A very Hard song to find these days Which is a shame . The sound quality is also very good in a time of ear bleeding CD mastering . the hole CD is just smooth and mellow R&B ,something the does not exit in today's music .

Die CD gefällt mir sehr. Ich bin und war schon immer ein großer Fan von Soul-Music und ständig auf der Suche nach den früheren Bands und Sänger aus den 70er, 80er, und 90er Jahren. Denn die sind wirklich fantastisch.

I Have Been Looking For The Song Sugar Free By Juicy For Years Every Since Erykah Badu Covered It On The Second Season Of The Dave Chappelle Show I heard the Real Version on You Tube And Wanted The Real CD People Are Asking Anywhere from $50.00 on Up For That Juicy CD I Love The Group but I Cant pay $50.00 and up for 8 tracks but I found the Smooth Grooves: After Hours Cd With the Sugar Free Song and 14 Other Hits for $20.00 you can't Beat it this Is A Great CD for Any Collection.

A very nice selcetion of songs that are nice there is a song by Eugene Wilde who was popular in the 80's but he didn't get a lot of exposure who is a good singer he has a song on here called don't say no tonight and firestarter, I'm curious, Silver Shadow, Slow down and many other great songs and I would recommend anyone to buy this album I am almost finish with completing the whole collection of smooth grooves but this is a nice cd to add to your romance cds!!!
