７０年代ルーツレゲエのお祭りだぁ。映画のルーディーなところがサントラでも感じられ、かっこよくてだるくって、気持ちが良くって苦しくって、きっと全てがここに入ってる。レゲエ初心者でも違和感なく聞ける。それがルーツレゲエのよさでもある。レゲエ聴くならこの時代このリズムを必ず観て聴くことだ。

This is an awesome CD from an awesome movie. I saw the movie in 1978, tracked down the soundtrack in vinyl, wore that out and have now had this CD for ten years and still listen to it.

Reprise des chansons du film et bien sûr c'est formidable. Pour ceux qui ont vu le film culte, certes l'histoire est légère mais la bo reste "de légende". Très content de l'avoir acheté. Seul bémol : il manque le Satta Massagana du début du film. Il y a bien sûr la version de Third World qui est très bien mais celle du film.... est culte pour moi...

Brilliant cd - but it only has 9 tracks on this cd. I should have brought the more expensive one as it has 14 tracks on it if I remember rightly!!!

One of my favorite LPs in grad school. Real reggae! Junior Marvin, Peter Tosh, Bunny Wailer, the Heptones, and more - a reggae artists list to die for! Every cut is great.

fantastic songs on this cd i remember buying it on an vinyl still great now as it was then great tracks which i never get tired of hearing again and again.
