1曲目『COME WANDER WITH ME / JEFF ALEXANDER』は女性ボーカルのアカペラ。2曲目『TEARS FOR DOLPHY / TED CURSON』と5曲目『SMOOTH / MATISSE ACCARDO QUARTET』はジャズ。3曲目『MILK AND HONEY / JACKSON C FRANK』と4曲目『BEAUTIFUL / GORDON LIGHTFOOT』はロックバラード。
this is a beautiful soundtrack to an irritating film. The Frusciante soundscapes are very nice, but in my opinion the pearls lay somewhere else. they lay in these forgotten beauties from another time: Jeff Alexander's "Come wander with me" Jackson C. Franks "Milk and Honey" Gordon Lightfoots "Beautiful" Believe me, i'm not into acoustic guitars and folky tunes, but these three songs have a magic which does not show often. Bonnie Beecher sings "Wander with me" and it gives you shivers. She sings it in the Twilight Zone episode of the same name and the song was later included in "Late Night Tales" 15, compiled by french group Air. Jackson C. Frank: read his story and weep. you will when you read it and listen to "Milk and Honey"
