ライブにはそのバンドの本質が現れる。と思うのですが、ファンの声も入ったライブ映像は臨場感があって非常に格好いいです。

ＣＤを聴いてるだけでは絶対もったいない・・・！

ＧＯＯ好きならば、このＤＶＤはぜひ見てほしい一枚です。（おまけもおいしい）

NAME・Cuz You're Gone　のあたりは見ていて鳥肌立ちました。

ファンをまっすぐ見据えてジョン・レズニックにノックアウトです・・・。

にしてもほんといい声してるなあ。あの声がほしい。

グーグードールズのアルバムは３枚持ってますが、ＤＶＤは初めて。期待を裏切らない内容でした。途中からの豪雨にもめげず、熱いライブを披露してくれました。

ラストは「アイリス」で盛り上がり、またアルバムで聴く感じとは違った臨場感を味わえます。

迷っている方はぜひＤＶＤを買ってみてください。ファンの姿もアメリカ人ならではの盛り上がりで、バンドもまとまって演奏しています。

・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・よくこんなに良いCDとDVDを出せますね。
ライブVerという事もあって、もちろん純粋にCDに録音した曲調とは明らかに違います。が、それが良いのです!ライブの臨場感をそのままに感じとれるのですから!特に、NAMEやHERE IS GONE、それにSYMPATHY等の名曲がCDとDVDの両方で見聴き出来るのですから言う事はありません。もちろん、他の歌も名曲揃いですよ!
このCDをMP3に録音して聴いています。それ程の価値があります!是非購入して聴いてみて下さいネ!

Big machineから始まるこのライブ･･･ＧＯＯのベスト曲がぎっしり詰まっていて、最高のロックライブだ。曲順も最高に整っていて、パフォーマンスも問題なしです。
ライブはオーディエンスの反応、ノリが重要ですが、さすがＧＯＯのファンだけなって彼ら自身も最高で会場全体が一体になって気持ちいいです。Irisやbig machineなどでの大合唱もライブを際立てています。
ＧＯＯといえば、間奏（ブリッジ）のすばらしさが挙げられますが、ライブで見られるname/irisの間奏はそれ以上に彼らの魂がこもっていて感動モノです。
ライブ途中で大雨になりますが、雨を音楽と一体化させてしまう彼らのライブパフォーマンスが見どことです。見たら、彼らがいかにライブと言うものを大切にし、彼らの生き所としているかが伝わってくる。
雨の中のhere is gone/iris/braodway･･･。ジョンはしかも雨もしたたるいい男とでもいいましょうか。かっこよすぎます。
こんなに感動するライブを見たことがない。なんか涙ぐんだし、鳥肌は立ちっぱなしでした。自分ではName/black　balloon/naked/iris/slideが良かったです。Goo Goo Dollsファンには是非買って欲しい。

GooGooDollsが初めてオフィシャルでだすライブ映像収録（DVD）つきのCDです。CDだけ聴いてもライブ会場に自分がいるようで感動できるのですが、DVDはまたさらに素晴らしいです。
2004年7月4日にバッファローでライブを行ったのですが、彼らの地元だけあってライブもかなり盛り上がってます。Irisはみんなで大合唱になって感動的でした。またGive A Little Bitというカバー曲も歌っています。ライブの途中で雨がすごく降ってくるのですが、ずぶぬれになりながらもメンバーが楽しそうに演奏しているのが印象的です。
おまけ映像も入っているのでかなり楽しめます。
映像もとてもきれいで、前からGOOの出てる映像は見たことありますが、これは一番いいと思います！
この内容でこの値段はかなりお買い得です。
期待以上でした、こんなにいいバンドなのに日本での知名度は低めなのが本当に不思議です・・・・。

I have been binge-ing on this video for months (thru utube-before I bought it). The CD is in my truck and truly hope well made (the CD) because it is on replay. HA! Absolutely a GEM from the GGD's. Been a fan for years but this made it solidify my love for their music and to continue to support them as a group. I really thought I would sicken of their music because how many times can you listen to the same 4/5 songs over the years (those hits they always play no matter what) but! It's phenomenal to me that when I hear them play Iris or Black Balloon for example...they always make it different, as if I am hearing it for the first time! Some of the songs on this DVD made me love them even more like Big Machine and Think About Me. I think my favorite moments through this entire DVD was when Robby and John started to play like little boys in the rain! Loved it! Or when John's reaction when Mike came back to the drums to play, just after starting Broadway. The ONLY thing that could have made it better for me is if I have been there. Yet, somehow: I felt like I was!

For anyone who appreciates a great effort by a band you won't be dissapointed. There are a tonne of goo goo doll hits on this video and the band is having a blast even in the rain. Makes you want to have been there.

Lange habe ich darauf gewartet und endlich haben die Goo Goo Dolls eine Live DVD auf den Markt gebracht, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wo noch die erste DVD aus der Serie Music in high places mehr eine Dokumentation ist, schließt diese DVD die Lücken und bezaubert den Zuschauer durch ein emotional geladenes Konzert in ihrer Heimatstadt Buffalo, bei dem der Funke selbst auf den Zuschauer zu Hause auf der Couch überspringt und man sich nur zu gerne wünscht selber dabei gewesen zu sein. Die DVD enthält unglaubliche Live-versionen der bekanntesten aber auch älterer Songs. Zu meinen Favoriten zählt da sicherlich Cuz' You're Gone. Die DVD des Live Konzerts kommt mit einer CD daher, auf welcher nochmals alle Stücke, die im Konzert gespielt wurden, enthalten sind und ist von daher besonders für Einsteiger in die Welt der Goo Goo Dolls zu empfehlen, da man nach Betrachtung der DVD die CD gleich ins Auto einlegen und sich weiter von dem musikalischen Können und den gefühlvollen Texten der Goos verzaubern lassen kann.
Was mich allerdings ein wenig enttäuscht hat ist die Erscheinung des CD/DVD-Bundles, da die CD/DVD nicht in einer DVD-Box, sondern in einer CD-Hülle daherkommt. Der Inhalt lässt das aber wieder schnell vergessen. Neben dem Konzert sind auf der DVD noch rund 40 Minuten Bonusmaterial enthalten, in denen die Goos eine Woche vor dem Konzert begleitet wurden und man somit noch ein bißchen mehr über die einzelnen Charaktäre erfährt.
Für Fans der Goo Goo Dolls ist die DVD ein Pflichtkauf, das versteht sich von selbst.
Aber auch für alle anderen, die auf gute Rockmusik stehen, ist das CD/DVD-Paket auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen,da das Konzert einfach klasse ist und seinen besonderen Charme hat, da es sich die Goos selbst im strömenden Regen nicht nehmen ließen ihr Konzert mit vollem Einsatz und Leidenschaft zu spielen.

I've only been into this kind of music for about a year, I thought music was just what you heard in the charts. How wrong I've been, when there are bands like the Goo Goo Dolls out there.
This album is basically their performance on the 4th July last year and it ties together all of the better songs from "Gutterflower", "A Boy Named Goo", "Dizzy Up The Girl" and "Superstar Carwash".
If you're a fan then all of the famous songs are here, my particular favourites include 'Iris', 'Slide', 'What A Scene', 'Big Machine' and 'Black Balloon'. It truly is a collection of their best songs. If you've not got any previous Goo Goo Dolls albums, then this would be a great overview to the four albums mentioned above.
Seeing as this is a live album, I find it very difficult not to talk about the live performance as well as the music itself. The biggest difference between the studio versions and this live offering is of course the crowd and the interaction with them. This really does just add to the atmosphere, hearing the cheering and the crowd joining in when John gives them the opportunity.
One thing I'm always scared of on a live recording, is the quality of sound. It doesn't suffer here at all, all of the songs retain their distinct clear cut edge, typical of any GGD tune.
Oh, and did I mention there's a DVD with this too, so you can actually see the gig?
