1st2ndは良かった。3rdからだんだんと変わって行ってしまったモーチーバ。前voのskyeも「こんなの違う」と辞めてしまったんだろうか。しかし、ロンドンスィンギングなるバンドNOONDAYUNDERGROUND（ポール・ウェラーも参加）で歌っていたdaisyのクールな歌声とモーチーバサウンドが気持ち良く融合してとてもいい仕上がりになっている。今のところ2005自分の1位。

I LOVE this album! Few albums, including by this band, line up a set of such strong melodies, track after track after track. The singing and lyrics are superb and in my opinion better than Skye's, while the arrangements are always interesting and engaging. One of my new all time favourite albums.

Cosciente di andare contro corrente, trovo che sia il miglior album di Morcheeba. Ross Godfrey ha dato il meglio di se negli arrangiamenti e Daisy non faceva affatto rimpiangere Skye.

El precio increíble. No tardó mucho en venir, contando que lo enviaban desde USA.
Sobre el grupo, qué voy a decir que no se sepa ya. En esta ocasión la cantante no es la de siempre, pero tanto la voz como la música suenan de fábula.

Ayant découvert Morcheeba récemment, je suis devenu fan, et c'est le 3ème album que j'achète. Toujours pas déçu, voilà encore un très bon album du groupe. J'adore la voix de la chanteuse, et également la musique bien travaillée. Avec Big calm et Fragments of freedom, voilà un Cd tout à fait à la hauteur. je le recommande pour les amateurs du groupe. je m'empresse dans commander 2 autres!

"The Antidote" is a collection of infectious, clever, funky pop songs, with a singer who has a voice like butter with a bit of Grace Slick and Shirley Bassey in there but with a style all her own. Fortunately, this disc is by Morcheeba, a band formerly known for their groovy sound, combining hip hop, relaxing sexy vocals and a little bit of country, rock and R&B. They also produced two of my favorite CD's, Big Calm and Charango - both brilliant. Well, Morcheeba's sound is still groovy but different. Skye Edwards left the band and Ross and Paul Godfrey hired a new singer, Daisy Martey. So some fans are a little disappointed. But after listening to this disc one time (it didn't even have to grow on me) I'm hooked! Every song is a gem, from the title song, with its little bit of Brasil 66 swing, to the gorgeous melodic Lighten Up with its infectious chorus, to the opening cut, which kicks the disc into high gear. It never lets up. It is disappointing when one singer leaves a band, but Morcheeba didn't try to emulate their old sound. They started fresh and I'm glad they did. Bands have to stay fresh to keep people interested. Keep it coming, Morcheeba!
