The "finale" album, featuring the full version of my favorite opening song "Rewrite" and the remaining OP and ED songs of the show.
This album seems to represent more of the military's involvement in the series, which technically did happen as the show drew to its end and it was revealed who was pulling the strings and how. There's "Suspicion," "Invasion" "Devastation" and "Rule" showcasing hidden conspiracies coming to light and the battles ensuing once the truth is revealed, while "Hope" and "Reminiscence" could indicate peace flourishing once all is said and done. "Destiny" is actually the same music composed by Beethoven, the name of which I always forget but that everyone knows once it starts playing, like at the beginning of "Fantasia 2000."
One of my favorites is "Mourning," which always reminds me of when Ed sees Envy's true face while fighting him (even though I'm pretty sure that track didn't even play during that scene). Another favorite is "Dante II," which I always think of as a waltz of death associated with Edward and Rose dancing, again during the final confrontation.
There's not much more I can say here, except that it's perhaps my second favorite album from the TV series, just for personal taste.

Cute collection of songs from the Fullmetal Alchemist original series. Comes with a beautiful booklet with sketches and the lyrics to the songs written in Japanese. My copy also came with the sheet music to 'Brothers' and a little Roy Mustang. It brought back fond memories of the series and is perfect for any fan.
I can late to the fandom, but I was happy to find used copies of the soundtracks. And out of the three, I have bought the 2nd and 3rd, I listen to this one the most. There's just something about the songs on this soundtrack that make me play it over and over again. And I love watching the show and hearing the music I've become familiar with in the background. 'Brothers' and 'Hope' are two tracks I turn up when they play. I'm happy to have purchased with album.
