I saw this for the first time about 6-7 years ago and could not remember the title for the life of me! All I could remember was that they worked with Adult Swim on this project. I did some research on Amazon and FINALLY FOUND IT! Love it!
When I received it, the entire side if the CD case was destroyed and there were bits if plastic everywhere. The disk itself is scratched so I just tossed it.
