I discovered her music when it was used in a HBO series. Upon discovery I fell in love with her music. Edgy. Melodic, and independent. I purchased the CD for the car and this great double LP for the house. Bonus was the great green colored vinyl. Sounds fantastic on vinyl.

A great album that brings a tinge of melancholy with beauty in an interesting way. It has a retro sound for me, in a not-overly processed kind of way...her voice is lovely and beautiful and the melodies go perfectly.
