yes i ordered this CD in 2018, but ya gotta hear me out. this long dead band's two best albums are no longer available for streaming anywhere! idk if it's cuz their distro lapsed or they took em down on purpose, but i am VERY GLAD this CD is still available so i can hear these t00nz whenever i want. long live the compact disc!

contrairement à ce que son nom pourrait laisser entendre, ce groupe n'est pas de Paris mais de Liverpool. C'est un trio qui sort là son 1er album, et qui a été noyé dans la masse d'albums sortis à la même époque et du même acabit. C'est du pop rock virant vers le post punk avec une basse omniprésente, une batterie martelant un rythme d'enfer et des guitares incisives. Pour vous faire une idée, le groupe qui leur est le plus proche n'est pas anglais mais américain : Vampire Weekend. Malheureusement, les chansons manquent d'originalité, sitôt écoutées, sitôt oubliées, même si elles se laissent écoutées agréablement. Disons qu'on mettra ce défaut sur l'inexpérience de ce groupe et sur leur envie de sortir leur premier album trop tôt...

I came across this group in 8th Grade after viewing a video that contained the song "Yes/No/Goodbye!" I never got around to buying the album up until a few weeks ago, but this is Indie at it's finest. Tight drums, great vocals, and math rock inspired guitar lines, this is one of the few albums that every indiehead/hipster needs to own!
