何かと騒がれているアークティック・モンキーズの良さは全く理解できず、
彼らに限らず最近のUKロックはあまり好きな方ではないが、これは最高！！
一言で言えば単純明快。けど逆にこういうストレートなロックが新しく感じる。
わざとらしく難解にしなくても良いのですね。
とりあえずM6を視聴してみることをおすすめします。
全曲M6のようにストレートなロックで突っ走ります！
現代版クラッシュと言ったら大げさすぎるかな…？

とにかく全曲良い!シングルだけが浮くバンドが多い中、素晴らしいバンド。アンダートーンズやバズコックスを思う所もあるが、まだまだこれからのバンド。2ND以降も楽しみ。歌詞は女の子の事ばっかだがそれもアリでしょう。

最近のＵＫロックシーンの層の厚さはハンパではないと思う。

ブリットポップの終焉と共に消えていったバンドたちの仇を討つかのように、怒涛のごとく

新たなバンドが登場している。間違いなく、「ピジョン・ディテクティヴス」もその１つと

言える。

新しく、かつ懐かしいその独特の音色は何度聞いても飽きない！

このアルバム３８分１３曲で１つの曲のように思える。

それほどまでに完成度は高い！

星を１つ減らしたのはこれからのアルバムにこれ以上のものが出来るように期待をこめて！

このピジョンなら必ずやってくれるはず！

Il s'agit du premier - et du meilleur - album des "Pigeon". C'est un album de rock anglais dans la grande tradition du punk rock mélodique. Si vous aimez les Undertones, les Buzzcocks ou Supergrass, vous pouvez vous jeter la dessus sans craintes, vous ne serez pas déçu. Tous les morceaux sont au niveau. Il s'agit d'une petite collection d'hymnes dépassant rarement les trois minutes trente, débordant d'énergie et très agréable à l'écoute. A noter qu'il s'agit de vraies chansons, et non pas seulement d'une série de morceau croulant sous les murs de guitares cache misère. Le groupe est également très réputé pour ses performances scéniques, dont il est possible de se faire une idée sur internet.

I was given the CD version of this and played it so much in my car until I knew all the lyrics and the CD was so damaged that it no longer played :(
I decided to get the vinyl, which is probably the number one player vinyl in my collection.
The Pigeon Detective's are a great band, with not enough credit for their music. Most of their music is pretty uplifting and really gets me through my working day!
Arrived fast and in great condition too.
Thanks to the Seller for that.
