I bought a set of these for my commuter since they were cheap, expecting to get something that rattled and jiggled like no other before disintegrating. However, once I received them I was gladly proven wrong.
Installation: Very easy and quick to install. I put them on a touring/commuting style frame with 700x35 tires. They were very easy to get aligned and attached.
Appearance: These fenders look sharp and of quality. I've received many compliments on how good my bike looks. I only wish they sold a silver set at this price.
Performance: It's been raining/snowing here for several weeks and these fenders have saved my clothing time and time again. The snow/ice will cake up inside of them, but a quick shake and it falls out. They haven't come loose at all, and several blocks of my commute are on brick roads which are very bumpy. Still no rattling. They also fit under my rear rack with plenty of clearance.
Durability: While getting this bike down from it's rack I smacked the rear fender against the wall quite hard. The fender bounced right back to shape and was perfectly fine. I imagine that if you really hit something hard the mounting hardware might bend, but the plastic more than likely won't crack.
Overall, you can't beat these fenders, especially for the price. I purchased a second pair for my trail bike, and will most likely purchase more for other bikes. The only drawback of these fenders is that they only come in 1 color, but I can live with that considering how good these are.
These fenders are very good for my bike. They are the right length and the width is a little wider than my tires. They were easy to set up on the bike, the instructions while not very organized, were easy to follow. This has all the hardware to install and some tips if your bike doesn't have all the necessary mounting areas.
I will see how these stand the test of time. The only problem I have had so far is the rear finder's adjustment bolt is stripped, I tighten the other one but this one is loose. This makes the back fender somewhat out of alignment with the wheel, but it isn't a major issue since I have a rack on the back.
Note, this ships in a HUGE box, much much larger than these fenders. The box is about five feet long, by one foot wide and one foot tall, very large!
UPDATE - Jan 20th - It's been 3 months since I have purchased these and they are still great! I have to tighten some of the adjustments every once in a while but that should be expected, especially with them being in the -5 degrees F, and then sit in the sun getting them up to about 50 degrees F. They are great in winter and I never have a problem getting wet on my road bike. If only I could put fenders like this on my Mountain bike.
5つ星のうち3.0Attractive and low priced, but not a simple installation.

The fenders are attractive and durable. They certainly look like they came on the bicycle as factory add-ons.
Attaching them was not as simple as I hoped. I spent more than an hour due to different holes and wrong screws. I don't expect this is a problem specific to this manufacturer, but my bicycle was a Gary Fisher. This bike is hardly out of the ordinary, yet the mounting holes were not standardized and I had to find a couple different screws to prevent interference with moving parts.
How do they function? Unfortunately, in the rain, I got a lot of splashing onto my shoes from the front tire. The front fender just isn't long enough for my bicycle. I don't know if any after-market fenders would be any better. The rear fender worked fine to prevent the stripe of mud on my back. The fenders are not too useful in winter and there was a bit of snow build up between them and the tires.
The biggest problem: if you use knobby tires at the maximum width, the knobs can sometimes catch on the fender edge causing a freakish stop. It can be dangerous on ice. It shouldn't be a problem if you choose smooth tires.
Overall, the worth the low price, but a bit difficult to install.

Sadly, these fenders are flimsy, come with poor quality fasteners that crumble easily, and they have mounting brackets that are too large for most any front fork with recessed mounting holes. I do not recommend them unless you know in advance that they will fit your frame and are willing to replace the fasteners prior to install. I went with the SKS Longboard fenders after returning these and-despite the tedious installation of those-I am quite happy with them. After the labor-intensive install on the SKS model, I haven't had to make a single adjustment and they've performed flawlessly in the very wet pacific northwest fall weather.
These are advertised to fit most hybrid bikes, but I could not get them to fit my Trek 7300 FX, which is definitely one of the more common hybrid bikes out there. After fiddling around for 2 hours I finally got the rear fender to fit, at which point I thought the job was almost done since the front fender should be much easier. Unfortunately it turned out it was the front fender that was unfittable. First, the holes that are on the fork of my bike where you're supposed to fit the fender stays are large and not threaded, so you need large screws with nuts to attach the fender, but it came with small screws without nuts. So I'd have needed extra hardware to attach the fender. Second, the stays that attach the fender to the fork are waaay too long, I'd have had to shorten them with a hacksaw, which I don't have. Third, the screw that's supposed to attach the fender to the brake stay at the top of the fork was way too long and didn't fit. So it may have been possible to get the fender to fit by using extra hardware (matching screws) and extra tools (a hacksaw to shorten the stays), but I don't have either, nor do I feel that I should have to go through such lengths to get a fender to fit my bike which is advertised to fit without problems. So I decided to return them and try a different model. These were just a huge waste of time and effort.
