The "Ikusarizer" is one of IXA's henshin weapons/gear from the 2008 series, Kamen Rider Kiva. It's a cell phone-like device that IXA removes as a mouthpiece, which then transforms into one of the weapons/transformation devices that go along with the IXA suit. The handle has a removable fist fuestle that can interact with the IXA henshin belt. I love the weird, broken-up electronic voice whenever IXA transforms, and this toy has quite a few vocalizations which you can unlock by pushing the buttons in certain numbered sequences. This small weapon surprisingly has quite a variety of sound effects that outnumber even most of the henshin belts. In gun-mode, just pulling the trigger makes the standard rapid gun fire sound, but by pushing the buttons you can queue up a variety of other sound effects that you can then repeat by pulling the trigger. There's a red LED on the gun barrel tip that lights up, and by turning the front of the gun at a 45 degree angle, the white targeting system window changes to the red scan-mode sight, which is pretty cool.
Unfortunately this toy is now out of production since 2008, and as usual, the price just keeps going up as time goes by. That is pretty much the standard for most Bandai Kamen Rider toys (and Super Sentai as well). The only down point about this toy is that the cell phone buttons look like there are 12 different keys but in reality it's just 4. It doesn't matter where on the button you push it. That is not really a big deal, though, because the wide variety of sound effects and vocalizations are there regardless, and as I said, they outnumber what most of the DX henshin belts are capable of. This would make a great cosplay prop, a piece to add to your Kamen Rider collection, or just a neat thing to toy around with if you're a Kamen Rider Kiva fan.
