This is a good album, if you are a big fan of Jim Wilson. I have bought all of his music and no matter what mood I am in, he invariably is able to transport me into his magical world where I can hear all of nature's faint and nuanced voicings through his piano and artistic vision. Although the Olympian theme of the album did not resonate with me, in the way that 'Chariots of Fire' did from
Vangelis' album, it is still worth the listen. When I receive Jim Wilson's music, I just strap myself in and enjoy the ride wherever he takes me. He is a musical shamen who never fails to please those who want to escape to higher levels of musical consciousness. For those who want to travel without leaving your house, I recommend his albums 'Northern Seascape' and 'A Place In My Heart'.

I bought my first Jim Wilson album quite a long time ago just on a whim. I sampled it at a store and liked what I heard, so I bought it, and I fell in love. Buying this was far less of a gambled, and I was not disappointed. Jim's music is just so soothing, and so...I don't know, magical maybe. I can't really think of a word for it. Dreamscapes was the first album of his I bought, and now I've gotten several, and I've loved every one of them. Jim, you've got a major fan! Thanks so much!
