（ほぼギターのみによる）多重録音ソロ。アコースティックな響きが中心となる曲が多く、真夜中が似合います。

「wilcoの」ではないアヴァンギャルドな（でも決してハチャメチャではなく、地に足の着いた、落ち着いた、精緻な）演奏で、意気地なし（coward）なところは微塵も感じさせません。あるいは、臆病者だからこその緻密さなのか？

What a single human being is capable to create! This is an exploration in sound, spectrum of colors and feelings... You can tell something from Ralph Towner, John Abercrombie, Jim Hall,... and Thurston Moore. But it is Nels Cline playing guitar in his way and bringing great stuff to your ears and brains to process.
