なぜこのアルバムにレビューかついていないのでしょうか？

そんなに誰も聞いていないのでしょうか。
こんな素晴らしいアルバムを埋もれさすのはもったいないので初めてレビューします。

スカンクアナンシー、スキンという女性がヴォーカルをとるバンドです。このアルバムで再結成したとかしないとか？

このアルバムはすべてのロックの根底に流れる普遍性を備えています。
黒人特有のソウルフルなヴァイブ、UK特有のどことない湿っぽさ、メロディの美しさ、どれをとっても素晴らしいです。
そして自分の言葉の表現力のなさに絶望です。

3曲目のOver the loveはどこかColdplayのClocksを彷彿とさせます。

すべてのロックファンへ。ぜひ。

文句なしにカッコイイ。
Post Orgasmic Chillに劣らない、それ以上の傑作。
ベスト盤Smashes and Trashesに収録された新曲もかっこよかった。
本当にいいバンドです。

I was a big fan of earlier Skunk Anansie, but they drifted off into the wilderness for a while and I lost track of them. This album didn't even get my attention when it was released, and it is only a couple of years later that I've managed to catch up with it and give it a listen. BOY, I'm glad I did - what an absolute belter of an album! Skin's voice is as smooth as ever, and the tunes are really upbeat songs with real catchy tunes and rhythms. Even after the first couple of listens I knew this was one of their finest albums. It may not have been the commercial hit that their earlier work was, but I think that was a benefit. I came to this album not knowing what to expect & I have been totally blown away by how great it was. Listening to the first track "God Loves Only You" for the first time and I immediately remembered why I loved this band originally. "It Doesn't Matter" stands out for me, with its driving guitar intro and catchy chorus, "The Sweetest Thing" is an pop inspired guitar song that I love. All in all, what a superb album and I'll have to make sure I don't let any of their future work slip past me as they definitely are back on top form.
