I am a hobby guitarist and play 60's and 70's blues and rock. I have tried many different brands of picks including Blue Chip and Red Bear which are also also great, but expensive picks. Great tone, attack, feel very good, easy to hold and hang on to.
Firm, sharp point, & ridge design holds in fingers without slipping. This may finally be the material that FINALLY does it all in a standard flatpick size/shape. Try one of these (& perhaps the PEI/Ultem, which to me feels & sounds a LOT like tortoise shell) and those 2 may be all I buy for pick style after 5 decades of searching for the perfect flat pick. These carbon/nylon are just flexible enough (while still being harder than most any other material I've used), but are so light & thin - just super responsive & a joy to play. Try it, if Fender Heavy's are your norm, but you've always wanted something better.....
