Zazen in English at Kousaiji

Every Saturday morning Zazen for the international person is taken place at Kousaiji temple. The session starts at 8:30. Please make sure to gather by 8:15. I will show you how to make posture. Let's share the time to touch the traditional zen culture at beautiful countryside of Tokyo. The guide and invitation leaflet below. I hope see you there.

明日26日は英語坐禅会です。日本にいらっしゃる外国の方とお付き添いの方が対象となります。
明後日27日のにちよう坐禅会も通常通り開催です。みなさん、結跏趺坐ができるようになってきました。後半の英語と日本語のことばあそび…は、耳に録音した英文を、見ないで書き出すレベルまでになりました。スピーチクリニックでは、チャカ カーンさんのスルー ザ ファイアーをつかいます。tubeでも見られます。カラオケできるくらいに、聴き込んでおきましょう。
