時間を大事に使うために覚えておきたい。３種類の優先順位で触れたように、年末年始にやることの一つとして、「戦略的優先順にの見直し」があります。それをご紹介します。


戦略的優先順位とは、


「今年１年（現在のステージで）何をやっていこう」と考える為の、優先順位の事を私は、「戦略的優先順位」と読んでいます。



目的は、「充実した一生をすごすための、一年間」にしていくということ。



一生、人生という広い視野の中で、この１年間（もしくは現在のステージで）は何を重点的に行っていくかを決めるということです。



当然、目先の仕事だけに囚われるだけではなく、もっと広い視点が必要です。

家族とどんな人生が過ごしていきたいのか？一生を通してどんな仕事を行っていきたいのか？また、社会的活動や趣味の世界でどんな人生が過ごしていきたいのか？どんな哲学で生きていたいのか？



そんな自分のやりたいことをしっかり考えていく。「人生」とか「一生」とかいうスタンスの中で、何を重視していき、どんなバランスのとれた生き方をしていきたいのか？」ということを考えた中での優先順位基準になってきます。家庭をもっとも大事な基準にする人もいれば、金がもっとも大事な基準の人もいます。

これは人によっても違ってきますし、同じ人でも人生のタイミングでも違ってきます。（就職したての若い時期と、定年退職近くの時期では、優先順位基準が違って当たり前ですからね）



「人生観」「やりたい事」のバランスを考えていき、自分独自の「戦略的優先順位」の基準を作っていくことが重要になっていきます。

具体的には、「７つの習慣」の手法をベースに、ちょっとアレンジを私なりに加えて行っています。

  1. 自分の葬式をイメージする。そこで、どのような弔辞を言って貰いたいかをイメージする。
    ・妻から
    ・子供達から
    ・友人から
    ・顧客から
    ・仕事仲間から
    ・その他の人達から

    そして、最後に、｛自分はどう感じながら死にたいか？」をイメージする。
    まず、これをゴールとして設定します。



  2. そのような弔辞をもらうには、どんな役割を果たしていくべきなのか？を整理していきます
    ・夫としての役割
    ・親としての役割
    ・友人としての役割
    ・仕事人としての役割（私だと、経営コンサルタントとしての役割、ITコーディネーターとしての役割。ブロガーとしての役割等）
    ・仕事仲間としての役割（一緒に仕事をしている友人達における役割）
    ・社会の一員として、他にどんな役割を果たしたいのか？



  3. 役割のバランスを考えてみて、再度、修正をかける。
    自分のミッションステートメント、価値観、今年おかれている環境を踏まえて、２で作成されている役割はバランスのとれたものかを整理していきます。ある意味、これも優先順位付けですね。大きな役割にしていく、もしくは小さな役割にしていくなどの検討をしていきます。



  4. 修正した役割をベースにして、年間目標を作っていきます。
    役割を果たせるようになるために、今年１年、どのような事をやっていくのかを目標としてまとめていきます。
    ・夫としての目標
    ・親としての目標
    ・友人としての目標
    ・仕事人としての目標
    ・仕事仲間としての目標
    ・社会の一員としての目標
    そして、自分の趣味としての目標

    目標を作るのは、１年間を楽しくすごしていき、充実に過ごすため。
    だから。ここで書くときは、自分がワクワクする気持ちになっているかに正直に書くこと。
    ワクワクしない、楽しい気持ちにならない目標なんて、意味がありません。ワクワクするために、ビジュアルに訴えることもいいですね。


    例えば、夫としての目標として、「黒川温泉に１回連れて行く」という事だとします。連れて行きたい温泉旅館をネットで調べて、その画像を目標シートに貼り付けるなんてことも、お勧めです。

    目標は、使うためにあります。後で見ても、自分をモチベートしてくれるワクワクするような目標にしていきましょう。
    作った目標をみて、バランスのとれたものであるかを再確認します。自分の価値観における優先順位に合ったレベルに目標がなっているかを確認しましょう。

    年間目標は、忘れやすいものですから、自分が目に付くところに貼っておきましょう。ビジュアルシートのようにして、例えばPCの横、トイレ、仕事部屋のドアに貼っておき、常に意識化できる工夫できればBEST。



  5. 最後に、それを四半期目標化していきます。３ヶ月単位に、どの水準まで目標を達成するかを整理していきます。
    １月〜３月、４月〜６月、７月〜９月、１０月〜１２月という３ヶ月単位で、年間目標をブレークダウンしていきます。そして、１月〜３月の目標に対して、１月どこまでを実現していくかという１月の目標を決めていきます。
    更に、１月度に関してだけは、目標をタスク化して、スケジュール帳、もしくはTO-Doリストに入れていきます。
    ここで作業終了。


日々のモニタリングは、年間目標のビジュアルシートを見て、日々、年間目標へのモチベーションを維持していく事。

そして、毎日のスケジュール帳、TO-DOリストです。

月間、３ヶ月間で、目標の見直しもやっていきます。達成可能性のある目標でなければ、モチベーションは上がりませんから、その中で目標の修正を行っていくわけです。


１日がかりの作業にはなりますが、１年を充実したものにするためには、１年の計は元旦にありです。しっかり作っていきましょうね。（私はこの作業は３日か４日に行います。おとそ気分は味わいたいから(^_^)）
