渋谷駅に一番近い公園・宮下公園。
去年8月に渋谷区はスポーツメーカーのナイキ・ジャパンと
ネーミングライツ契約を結び、来年4月に「宮下ナイキパーク」
と名前が変わる。また公園はナイキ側の負担で全面改修され
スポーツ公園に変わる予定だ。
公園化は、区民の要望を受けたものと説明。要望書の提出を
ジャパンを選んだとの説明してきた。
しかし、OurPlanet-TVの取材によると、1000筆集まったとされる
集めたことが判明。また、要望書もロッククライミングは
区議会議員自身が作成し提出していたことが分かった。
そして、この計画は既に2004年にナイキが渋谷区に寄贈した
ジョーダンコート設置にまでさかのぼることが判明・・・。
宮下公園の改修計画の背景にどのような事情があったのかー。

We’d like to ask you to show your support for the Yongsan Tragedy survivors, hopefully by screening a documentary film on the tragedy and the broader urban redevelopment issue ? by Jang Ho-gyoung.
You may have heard of the Yongsan Tragedy happened on January 20th this year. It took the lives of five protesters and one police officer, who caught on fire in the police crackdown against people in a sit-in struggle to fight against forced evictions. You can get more detailed description and social context of the tragedy in the attached files. (Our “Urgent Appeal” to the UN Special Rapporteur on Housing Rights)
Almost six months after the tragedy, the bodies of the five victims are still kept in freezers. The bereaved families decided that there is no way to hold a respectable funeral for the deceased without bringing justice for them. Indeed, nothing has been solved. The prosecutors argue that the protesters caused the fire with no evidence presented. And they’re not making public part of their investigation results (about 3,000 pages), even after the court ordered them to do so. Redevelopment projects are in progress in the Yongsan area and in a number of other places across the country. Tenants are still being evicted with little or no assistance for resettlement.
, which was the opening film in the 13th Seoul Human Rights Film Festival held in June this year, aims to raise public awarness of the situation. We hope that human rights activists and NGOs around the world watch this 60-minute-long film, and hold screening events for supporters and local communities. 'People Who Cannot Leave'
::Synopsis
There are people forced to leave their homes because of the land/housing speculation and thoughtless development projects of the landlords and construction companies.
But many can’t leave their homes which are about to be demolished. Shin Pal-gyu, a resident of Sangdo-4-dong, Dongjak-gu, is one of them. Those who could rent a small house moved to other places. Shin wants to leave too, but she can’t afford the rent.
Lee Sang-lim used to run a pub in Yongsan-4-ga-dong, Yongsan-gu. After the redevelopment and demolition plan was announced, he and other tenants in the area began a sit-in struggle in the watchtower they built on the top of an empty building. Their protest against the merciless project was quelled down by the police, and Lee was burnt to death in the crackdown.
The director portrays the removal process in Sangdo-4-dong and Yongsan-4-ga-dong, and asks whether the redevelopment projects are beneficial for everyone or a chosen few.

救援会声明
４月１１日、外国人「追い出しデモ」に抗議した二人の男性が埼玉県警蕨署に逮捕される事件が起きました。ひとりは「追い出しデモ」の主催者が掲げていた紙製の横断幕を「盗んだ」容疑で、もうひとりはそのおよそ３時間後、公務執行妨害容疑での逮捕でした。彼らの友人として、私たちは両名の救援を呼びかけるとともに、彼らの行動の意義と逮捕の不当性を訴え、埼玉県警に即時釈放を求めます。
この日、外国人「追い出しデモ」を主催したのは、「在日特権を許さない市民の会」という右翼団体でした。彼らはこれまであちらこちらで「外国人＝犯罪者」という扇動を続けてきた団体です。彼らはあたり前に地域と関係を作り暮らしている外国籍の人々を「犯罪者」扱いして、国外への追放を求める活動を続けています。そのあげく彼らは個人攻撃を開始し、長期に地域に滞在する一家を「追い出せ」とまで言いだしたのです。
このことをネットなどで知り、当日「在特会」のデモに抗議しようと蕨市外から駅前に４０名ほどの個人が集まりました。それぞれの思いは異なるにしても、共通していたのは彼らの煽る排外主義への危機感と、弱い立場にある人を標的にして攻撃する彼らの卑劣さへの怒りでした。
あろうことかこの日のデモコースには、長期滞在の外国人ご一家のお子さんが通っていた小学校と、現在も通っている中学校が含まれていました。そこで彼らが「一家を追放せよ」と叫ぶことは、その一家に対してだけでなく、長期滞在するすべての外国人に対する暴力です。「特権を許さない」と彼らは言います。しかし、彼らが攻撃の標的としたのは、もっともこの社会の特権からは遠い外国人の、しかも子どもです。彼らの言う「国民大行進」は、そのような卑劣かつ卑怯なデモだったのです。
午後１時から「在特会」は「一家の追放」を叫ぶ集会を駅近くの公園で開始しました。その集会の終わりごろになって、公園の入口に彼らが作成した紙製の横断幕が運ばれてきたのです。そこに書かれていたのは「不法入国は犯罪だ。『かわいそう』のペテンにだまされるな」という文字でした。蕨に住む家族を明らかに標的としたこの言葉は言葉の名に値するものではありません。これは地域に住む超過滞在の外国人を攻撃する暴力なのです。「追い出しデモ」への抗議に参加していた彼が行ったのはこの暴力への抵抗でした。警察は当初、彼に「任意同行」を求め、彼もそれに応じました。ところが「在特会」はあろうことか「窃盗」事件として被害届を出し、そのため彼は「窃盗犯」として逮捕されいまなお蕨署に留置されています。
その後、抗議活動に参加した人々の多くは蕨署に集まり、正規の手続きに則って逮捕された人への面会を求めました。ところが蕨警察署はバリケードを築き警察官を配置し、根拠も無く面会を拒みました。それどころか弁護士が身分を提示して面会を求めても１時間以上にわたって面会を拒否し続けたのです。そして突如そこに蕨警察署に先された右翼が登場しました。彼らは抗議活動に参加した人々に罵声を浴びせかけ、その際に生じた混乱の中で一名が公務執行妨害容疑で逮捕されたのです。
今回の行動については、参加者の間に充分な意思統一がはかれず、抗議行動を呼びかけた側の不手際も多々あったようです。抗議行動を呼びかけた側はその点を十分認識しなければならないと私たちも考えます。しかし、抗議行動が企図した「在特会」への抗議そのものは正当な
ものだと私たちは考えます。彼らの行ったデモは多くの外国籍で暮らす不安定な法的地位の人々を恐怖にさらす重大な犯罪です。裁かれるべきは彼らです。
一方で、「在特会」が「犯罪者」と叫び排除を求めているのは、この社会で生き、働き、人々と友情関係を結ぶ人々です。ビザがないことはだれを傷つけているわけでも誰を侵害しているわけでもないのです。
生きることは犯罪ではありません。私たちは排外主義扇動を終らせることを求めて逮捕された二人をただちに釈放することを要求します。

4月11日、埼玉県の蕨（わらび）でとんでもない悪質なデモが行われます。
デモの主催者たちは、最近、よくメディアで報道されているフィリピン人
カルデロン親子を例に上げ、外国人は犯罪者と言いふらしています。

カルデロン親子は、法務省の残酷な決定により、娘ののりこちゃんは１人
日本に残れますが、両親はフィリピンにやむなく帰国することが決定しています。
それでも彼らは「怒りがおさまらない」などと勝手に言い放ち、カルデロン親子
や、多くの外国人が住む蕨で、外国人排斥の声を挙げると言うのです。
また信じられないことに、のりこちゃんの通っていた小学校、そして現在通って
いる中学校の前をわざわざデモコースに入れているのです。
外国人だからといって差別せず、様々な人々とともに助け合って生きていくこと
こそが、私たちの未来をつくっていきます。
それを逆行させるような卑劣なデモは許せません。みんなで怒りの声を上げま
しょう。

47さいの新聞販売業(しんぶんはんばいぎょう)、Ian Tomlinson(イアン・トムリンソン)さんは仕事帰りに通りかかったBANK OF ENGLAND(イングランドぎんこう)にてとつぜん警棒（けいぼう）で足をたたかれ地面に倒れたようです。
行動参加者の手をかりて立ち上がった際は平気そうに見えたもののすぐにまた倒れてしまって運ばれた先の病院で心臓発作（しんぞうほっさ）によりなくなったそうです。

愛知県豊田市保見団地にある保見ヶ丘ラテンアメリカセンターの野元弘幸です。
皆さんご存知のように、派遣労働者として働いてきた日系人の多くが解雇され、今、保見団地は生活に困る日系人であふれかえっています。緊急の支援が必要です。よろしくお願いいたします。
保見団地から緊急支援のお願い
昨年来の深刻な不況により、主に製造業を中心に多くの派遣労働者や期間工が解雇され、生活に困窮していることは、すでにご存知のことと思います。とりわけ、日系人労働者は、そのほとんどが派遣労働者として自動車関連の工場で働いてきたため、自動車販売不振のあおりを受けて解雇される人が増え、本年 3月には日系人労働者の失業率は70％から80％に達するであろうと言われています。
そのため、4千人の日系人が住むここ保見団地でも、多くの日系人労働者とその家族が現在、収入がなく、生活に困窮しています。また、住んでいた社員寮からの退去を余儀なくされて住むところがなく、友人・知人のアパートに身を寄せてい
る家族もいます。さらに、日系人の子どもたちが通うブラジル人学校では、両親の失業で授業料を払えなくなり、退学して不就学となった子どもたちも多数います。このように、今回の大不況で、日系人労働者とその家族はたいへん大きなダメージを受け、日系社会も崩壊の危機に直面しています。
そもそも日系人労働者は、日本国内の製造業の人手不足を補うために、日本政府や産業界が求めてブラジルやペルーから呼び寄せた労働者です。この 20年間、主に自動車製造の下請け・孫請けの工場で、危険できつい仕事に従事し、日本の産業を底辺で支えてきました。その間に、定住化が進み、日本生まれの日系人の子どもたちも増えてきました。そうした日系人労働者が、長年の社会貢献も顧みられず、雇用の調整弁として簡単に切り捨てられているというのが現状です。
そこで、私たちは、ここ保見団地を中心に、日系人労働者およびその家族の雇用、住宅、教育問題の解決に取り組み、彼らがすでに定住している日本において人間らしい暮らしができるように、また、失業を乗り越えて暮らしを立て直すことができるように、緊急の支援活動を始めました。
皆様には、この緊急支援活動に是非ともご協力いただきたく存じます。すでにこれまでにも多くの支援をいただいてきており、さらに支援のお願いをするのはたいへん心苦しい限りですが、予想をはるかに超える緊急事態が発生しているという事情をご理解いただき、ご協力いただければ幸いです。
