第66条 無罪の推定 ―Article 66 Presumption of innocence

　①　いかなる人も、適用される法に従って本裁判所において有罪が証明されるまでは、無罪と推定される。
　②　被告人の有罪を証明する責任は、検察官にある。
　③　被告人を有罪とするため、本裁判所は、合理的な疑いを越えて被告人の有罪を確信しなければならない。

1. Everyone shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty before the Court in accordance with the applicable law.

2. The onus is on the Prosecutor to prove the guilt of the accused.

3. In order to convict the accused, the Court must be convinced of the guilt of the accused beyond reasonable doubt.
