モンダストリアル政策とはテイラーが産業政策と金融政策が同時の中央銀行による産業政策のことである。

そもそもジョン・テイラーはfedの信用緩和政策を特定の市場に介入して効率的な資源配分を歪めるなと批判しているわけだが、日銀の民間金融機関と協調しつつも特定の会社に0.1%の金利で最長3年も貸し出すのは度が超えているだろう。

日銀もその批判を考慮してか政府の成長戦略を参考にとしているが、その菅政権も参院選という直近の国民の審判でNOを突きつけられており政府の成長戦略も国民の信を受けているとは言いがたく後立てを失ったまま、新型貸出制度が始まろうとしている。

まさに日銀＝関東軍説を裏付けるような暴走である。
