For users of Flash Player 10.3.183.86 and earlier versions for Windows and Macintosh, who cannot update to Flash Player 11.7.700.224 for Windows or Flash Player 11.7.700.225 for Macintosh, Adobe has made available the update Flash Player 10.3.183.90, which can be downloaded here. Note: Beginning July 9, 2013, Adobe Flash Player 11.7.x will replace version 10.3.x as the extended support version. Adobe recommends users upgrade to version 11.7.x in order to continue to receive security updates. See this blog post for further details.

6/16 追記: Flash Player 11.3 がインストールされていると Firefox が終了時にクラッシュする場合がある問題を、Firefox のマイナーアップデート で修正しました。残りの問題については Flash Player 側の修正待ちです。ユーザの皆さんは、上記の通り Flash Player をダウングレードすることで、当面これらの問題を回避できます。
Flash Player を以前のバージョンに変更する方法
うちんちには Windows XP 機しかないので、11.3.300.257 で無問題だけど、遊んでみた。
A. Flash Player のバージョンを確認
B. Flash Player のアンインストール
リンク先にある uninstall_flash_player_32bit.exe のバージョンは 11.2.202.235 なので

FlashInstall.log と mms.cfg が残る。

IT 管理：Flash Player 自動更新の設定
勝手に自動更新されては困るので、メモ帳で C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\mms.cfg を開き
AutoUpdateDisable=1
のみに書き換えて上書き保存。
C. バージョン10.3.x（2012.6.11現在：10.3.183.20）のインストール
Flash Player を以前のバージョンに変更する方法
より install_flash_player_10_active_x.exe / install_flash_player_10_plugin.exe をダウンロード / 実行。
コントロールパネルにある Flash Player 設定マネージャー「高度な設定」で「アップデートの有無をチェックしない（非推奨）」のラジオボタン有効。

注意 ： ファイルを上書き保存できない場合は、一旦デスクトップなどの場所に保存し、Windows エクスプローラーの操作で、手順 2. の場所に移動またはコピーしてください。

Adobe は 11.3.300.257 の保護モードを無効と最後の回避策が違うのね。
