引き続き、Kinect PowerPoint Control - Home を試してました。
音声でも操作出来るとのことなので、動かしてみましたが上手くいかない！
SpeechRecognitionEngine.InstalledRecognizers() does not find "SR_MS_en-US_Kinect_10.0" と同じ現象が出る。
色々調べた結果 Speech 系の SDK/Runtime が全部入ってなかったみたい。でインストールしてみると別のエラーが。
Speech Recognition is not available on this system. SAPI and Speech Recognition engines cannot be found
結局 Speech 系 のSDK/Runtime は x86 の物をインストールしないとダメでした。*1

これで、Kinect PowerPoint Control - Home に実装されている 音声認識の箇所も動きました。
